The neighborhood that houses the majority of the Supers. The houses are like a compound. They are placed directly next to each other. Although called "lane", Emerald is more like its own city within a city. There are thousands, if not millions of families living in this spacious environment. That, of course, doesn't mean it's safe.

Pandemonium is the only nightclub/bar left. All the others had either been taken over by 7th Sanctuary or had been destroyed in from years of fighting. The Supers built Pandemonium within Herron. It is one of the few places they can go freely without living in fear or paranoia. Of course, there's always a fair share of trouble at Pandemonium.

The so-called "restaurant block", Herron Express serves to cater to every need involved with the stomach. Many of the restaurants here are rather affordable and are easy to get to.
