Falling Pieces is a retro superhero RP. The year is 1955 and the two cities of Herron and Mercury are in trouble. 7th Sanctuary, led by Nocturne and Tempest Godspawn have seen to it that they are in absolute control. The heyday of the Super has long ended, with the iconic Haelmon missing in action. His Renegades were once a force to be reckoned with. Now, they are nothing more than a bit of dust. With the Secrecy Act put into place, Supers are no longer allowed to venture in public and must maintain secret identities. However, with constant growing arrest, it's becoming harder to ensure that that law is being upheld. It's up to a new band of Supers to see to it that 7th Sanctuary is destroyed, once and for all!

 The Revival ((open))
« Thread Started on Oct 5, 2009, 2:03pm »

The stars were out in abundance tonight. Sable had become all too aware of what she was now getting herself into. She really wanted to make a difference and be a hero. She grew up idolizing the Renegades and now she had a chance to try and make her own version of that dream come alive. She'd be stupid enough not to try and make it happen somehow. All she really wanted was to save the world. It was easier said than done and trying to do it by herself wasn't going to help solve anything, but she really couldn't find anyone that was as interested in this as she was.

Sable had been pacing back and forth over and over again. Many thoughts were going on in her mind. What she really wanted to do, besides start her own group, was break into 7th Sanctuary. She wanted to know what they were up to. There was just something all too suspicious about their quietness lately. She was fearing for the worst and being that she lived in Herron City, she had all to fear from them. She had walked by their massive building several times, wondering how she could get in without being caught. It was a heavily guarded facility, she'd give them that much.

After brooding over her options, Sable fled Herron for Mercury. She had been secretly living here for the past two months and was determined to keep it that way. If people forgot about her, she'd be able to try and plan something when they least expected it. At least, that was how she liked to think. She had been talking to a few people, trying to gain leads here and there, but it was near impossible to know if any of it was true or not. She had started frequenting several bars, using her looks to get answers to any questions. She hated having to sink that low but desperate times called for desperate measures.

There had to be someone out there who was willing to try and help her out. After leaving Herron, she relocated to the only place she could afford, the Underground Channel. She bore witness to a lot of shady undertakings but kept her mouth quiet and gained a reputation as a fighter. It was how she survived all the atrocities in her home city and it was how she was going to have to survive as a runaway, so to speak. Although she wanted to find 7th Sanctuary, she was also rather curious about the Renegades. It was almost an obsession and she wanted to know where they had gone off to. That was a question no one seemed able to answer no mater what she offered them.

Sable was sitting on a worn bench, watching a few other supers pass by. She knew that there was a time when this Underground Channel would have been more upbeat and full of life. She sighed heavily. She wished she could have been alive to see the Golden Age. If this was how things were going to be, she didn't want any parts of it. She was going to have to single-handedly save the world.

She’d heard murmurs, whispers, seen clues and followed her gut instinct to get where she was this evening. The stars were glistening over head as she strutted down the pavement, her heels clicked against the cement, the sound ricochet against buildings. The Underground Channel was filled with various people, mostly stragglers and homeless, various high class citizens many of which she guessed were like herself. But tonight, the air was heavy with a dampness and the Underground was vacant. There were few who resided her tonight, it was perfect for her intentions.

She had heard a few things from Demitri, of various others like themselves who had an interest in starting something new to bring down 7th Sanctuary; he had begged her to follow the clues. So here she was, the middle of the night, on a mission from her baby bruder. She was here mainly for his interest, but her own interest had been peaked. To create a new legion and restore Herron City to its former glory would be glorious, if she had faith in these supers perhaps she too could help. Vesper was never a team player, but sometimes you had to put your pride aside for the greater good. She was willing.

Coralee Valentine was her target for this evening, with her face in her mind and a few known locations; Vesper had started her search. The woman was young, dark locks, tanned skins, she was Japanese-American. The hours were wasting away, each one that passed grew closer to midnight, Vesper knew how dangerous the streets could be. She was tempted to turn around and tell her brother that she could not find the girl. She knew he would be disappointed but he would get over it eventually. She turned a corner, insisting on rummage around one more block before she returned to Herron City.

Her luck had seemed to change. A deserted street, say for lamps and benches, there was only one other figure who shadow was cast by the flickering lamp. The faces matched, waves identical; a triumphant smile spread over her lips. Slowly she reached into her clutch, pulling forth her brass Zippo and lit one of her Virginia Slims. The Austrian approached the young woman, a confidant look upon her porcelain complexion. “Glorious night, is it not?” Her accent was light, a slight drawl was traced on each word as she spoke.

Cautiously she approached the woman.

Had Sable known that her life would suddenly take a turn for the worse, she might not have been so eager to want to leave Herron City. Sure, things weren't that much better there, but at least she had a home. Running away seemed a perfectly reasonable option at the time, but a few months later, she knew she had made a serious mistake. Trying to go it alone never panned out right. She should have known better. Sable desperately wanted to start her own group, however, she had been rather unsuccessful in her bid and as a result, depressed.

She had started giving up hope. There wasn't much left for her to do in Mercury City other than sit around and wait for something to happen. The city was nothing like Herron. Everyone was freer, and things were more modern and upbeat. Of course, being that she was a poor runaway didn't help her financial situation any, regardless of what city she was in. So she sat. Watching the other Supers pass her by made her feel even worse. No one said anything to her and only a few actually seemed to pay her any attention.

For a few hours she sat alone, thinking of how she let her life slip away. She had so much promise and yet she screwed it up. No one took her seriously, especially her parents. They were world famous Supers. She was expected to be as great as they had been. Failure and disappointment wasn't supposed to happen to her and unfortunately, that's all that ever happened. She let people get hurt and couldn't keep up with the demands that was required of her.

Sable didn't really seem to notice any of the other people walking past her. It wasn't much of a consolation either. She was a screw up and a failure and she didn't really know how to fix the mess that she had made. She couldn't do it alone, that was for sure, but she didn't know or trust anyone to help her start something new. She was about to finally get up when a voice came out of nowhere. Sable snapped her head around and eyed the woman now hovering over her. She replied slowly, "That depends..." She looked at the women closely and continued, "The night might be glorious, but the times sure aren't."

She took a slow, sharp, drag of her cigarette, the Austrian stared at the girl for a few moments. Her brows furrowed; her spirit was close to broken, she could tell, her misfortune overpowering even to Vesper. “Mind if I have a seat?” The Austrian didn’t bother for a response at took the seat next to her, Demitri was right, she had potential. Vesper Buckley had never been one for playing along with others, she worked best without others judgments and opinions. She even had trouble working along side her brother, however that was an entirely different situation.

“You know Coralee” She spoke quietly, “the times may not be glorious but there is always something to be done. Is there not?” She didn’t look at the girl, she just simply stared forwards into the night. “Unless you have accepted defeat, and in that case I might as well be on my way.” Her approach was unconventional at best, but sometimes unconventional was better than nothing at all, or even tactful, meaningful approaches.

She then turned her head to the younger hero, a strangeness in her sea glass eyes; a questioning manner hidden behind her own curiosity about the girl. The hierarchy of the supers was desolated and who was left to stand in their wake? “Everything we once had known is crumbled at our feet.” She pulled the pack of cigarettes from her coat pocket, sliding open the silver top and holding it out to the younger woman. “Do you smoke?” She raised a brow, “I find it keeps me calm to occupy myself, or suppress my hunger. The last thing I ate was at Hoir Pub for lunch; they have a spectacular prime rib.” She could have licked her lips at the thought, but it wasn’t to point out her hunger that she was doing but perhaps the girls. Living on your own at such a young age came with many sacrifices, hefty, lucious meals were one of those sacrifices.

Sable continued to size this woman up. She wasn't sure if she wanted something from her, but was certain that if she did it would come up eventually. For now, she was just pleased that someone was at least taking the time to talk to her. She hadn't done much talking to anyone the last few days. Having a conversation was definitely a welcome break. She merely smiled at the woman, not wanting to say too much too quick. She hated being that way, unable to trust her fellow man, but she hadn't been given too many reasons to trust anyone lately.

She did raise an eyebrow when her name, not her alias, was mentioned. Everyone knew that was a no-no and Sable tensed up immediately. "It's Sable." She said, trying to sound dignified, but having a feeling that she was failing. She hadn't made a name for herself in Mercury City for anyone to know her first name. Perhaps this woman was part of 7th Sanctuary. That would make sense as to why she knew her first time. Sable ignored the woman for a moment, trying to figure out different scenarios that played into her hands, but it wouldn't make sense for 7th Sanctuary to be in the city right now.

She wasn't exactly sure what the woman was on about, but she was slowly starting to have an idea. Maybe she wanted the same thing Sable did. If so, then that was cause enough to continue talking to her, if not, then she'd have to slowly think of an exit strategy. Sable nodded her head absent-mindedly, her mind still on other things. "I suppose that's true and all but I honestly have no idea what you want..." She hated sounded like an idiot but reading between the lines wasn't her strong point. If this woman had something she wanted to say, then she had better get to the point quick.

For a minute, she stood there in silence, her dark eyes glancing at the other woman occasionally. When she was offered a cigarette, Sable replied, "Oh...no, I don't smoke." That wasn't entirely true, but unless this woman read minds, she'd never know. She grew slightly envious once Hoir Pub was mentioned but wouldn't let it show on her face. "It's swell I guess. I only went in there once and that was to go to the lady's room. "Um, so mind telling me what exactly you want? I hate small talk..."

She took another long drag of her cigarette, she did it smoothly, her facial features never tensed or moved as she did so. She carefully eyed the super before, watching her every subtle movement, every twitch, and every breath. The woman tensed, when Vesper had used her real name and not her alias. She respected the Sables action, correcting her on her name. A small smile spread to her rouged lips. “My apologies Sable, won’t happen again.” The situation must have been strange for her, a stranger happening upon you in the dead of night, knowing your name, presuming tings no average person should have. Vesper decided to change her strategy, perhaps a more head on approach was more appropriate.

The younger girl seemed to avoid, or dodge her attempt at getting to her point. She denied her offer of a smoke and she withdrew the open pack and put it back into the pocket of coat. She turned her attention else where, looking at her painted nails, the street lamps and buildings. “A little bird told me that there was a young super wandering the Underground. Seemingly alone with no affiliation, a young woman who wanted to change the current state of the world and bring down Sanctuary.” She then brought her attention back to Sable.

“That is you, is it not?” She questioned, “Or had I spent all of my night looking for someone who doesn’t exist, and spent several minutes speaking to a girl who has no interest in what we want.” She wasn’t being harsh, nor trying to be rude; she was being honest. “I want to know what you have in store for this city, I want to know your plans, ideas and hopes.” She sighed heavily, pressing her hand to her forehead as she did so. She had never been so frank with a stranger. “I want to change this city, if you can help me and my brother, than its wonderful. If not, then we will have to look somewhere else.”

Vesper Buckley had never included herself in any plans to reconstruct the city, her main focus was washing out the crime and rebuilding what she could. But her brother had bigger plans, and only a good sister would back that. Its what family was for.

Sable wasn't sure if she should bother entertain this woman or if she should just go on about her business. She sighed heavily and folded her arms. If this woman wanted what she said she wanted, she was sure going about it in a strange way. "Well, I guess that birdie was wrong." She said, distractedly. Her reason: this woman clearly was a mental Super and that wasn't sitting too well with her. She had made no attempts to make a name for herself in this city so no one would have known about her goals and ambitions unless they read her mind.

She stood there deep in thought, forgetting for a moment that she wasn't alone. As desperate as she was to take down 7th Sanctuary, she wasn't sure how low she wanted to go. When she wanted to start up a group, she had wanted it to be with people she knew and could trust. She didn't know this woman, and since this woman already knew her name, Sable wasn't sure if she even felt comfortable around her. Sable wasn't a very trusting person, so having someone come up behind her like this just didn't sit too well with her.

"No one told you to spend your entire night looking for me. If I wanted to be found, I'd have made my presence known some time ago..." She retorted, finally snapping out of her reverie. "If I have any plans or ideas, I'm surely not going to tell them to a stranger who knows my name. Thanks but no thanks..." She shook her head in annoyance. People were strange, that's all there was to it. She didn't really know what this woman was getting at and what she wanted from her.

"You should fire your birdie." Maybe this woman had expected Sable to react with pleasure at her arrival. That was not to be the case. If the woman was a telepath, she wasn't going to let her in her head. She'd negate her ability and leave the woman looking stunned. She really didn't want to have to resort to such measures however and perhaps the woman would take the hint and either change her approach or leave her be. "First off, you don't startle people in the night with your ramblings and then expect them to jump for joy. If you want something from me, try again sweetheart."

Vesper Buckley smiled a very amused smile, the girl was sassy and had her wits about her. Admirable traits for any young woman, ones that Vesper on occasion possessed. Small banter and fluffed up words held little significance to the point of her being there, with Sable. Her resistance was to be expected, in the same situation, Vesper would have done the same thing. She glanced downwards, looking at her hands that were clasped gently in her lap, her lips were pressed tight.

“I understand your retaliation, against what I am saying. I don’t blame you, you may not need our help, but we need yours.” She paused and looked up, “Perhaps it would be better if you understood why I am here better, and who I am. You shouldn’t trust strangers, mother does know best.”

Vesper stood up, walking away from the girl and looking out into nowhere. She leaned against a lamp post, folding her arms lightly as she did so. “My name, is Augustine Vespera Lischka, I was born in Austria; I came to America shortly after the end of the war. I was treated as if I were German scum. I grew to loathe humanity and I still do, on occasion. They forced us into hiding, to disguise who and what we are. I go by Vesper Buckley now, stage actress, memory manipulating Vigilante. My brother and I, want that same thing, peace and resolution. And the end of 7th Sanctuary.”

She turned around, her eyes locked on the young super. “I came out here tonight, partially as a favor to my baby bruder, but more so out of my own curiosity. I had, that you too, would want their downfall as badly as us.” Never, had she given a speech as such, even she was impressed by it. She looked into Sables eyes, looking at her with hopeful eyes. Change needed to be initiated, and Vesper Buckley believed it could start here.

Maybe she was being too hard on this woman. Sable needed all the friends she could get. She wasn't in much of a position to argue with anyone, really. She sighed deeply, wishing she hadn't come off as so petty. It wasn't that she meant to be like that. She just hadn't come across many people who genuinely wanted to help and she had become a little cynical as a result. Twenty-three and already believing life was nothing but a joke. Hopefully this woman would try and prove her wrong.

She listened to the woman talk and looked down at the ground at the same time. Some of it finally made sense, though she was still a little confused on other bits. To be honest, she wasn't expecting this girl's life story, but she wasn't going to comment on it. Maybe that was her attempt at not trying to come off as a stranger. Hopefully she wasn't going to expect the same from her. The last thing she wanted was to monologue about her own history. It wasn't important to know where she came from, in her mind.

Sable raised an eyebrow when the woman was finally done. Brother? She looked around, half-expecting someone else to come out but when no one did, she assumed that the woman was alone. "And how exactly do you plan on going about seeing to their downfall?" She asked. It was sort of a rhetorical question, but she was also curious to see how Vesper, strange name, would answer if she bothered answer at all. She frowned at the mention of "stage actress". She wondered if this woman was famous or if she should have known her. She didn't want any unwanted attention.

Sable sighed again and didn't say anything else. Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, she responded, "I've spent the last three months or so trying to find people worthy enough to join my cause. Things are different here in this city. People aren't as desperate for change. Anyway, after several rejections I figured I'd go it alone and take my chances. That's what I was just now contemplating. If we do this thing, we do it full on. I'm in it for the long haul." She folded her arms. "What else does your brother know about me?"

She felt as if her case was won, for the most part, her brother told her that in order to win the case you have to appeal, emotionally and mentally, to the other side. Strictly good business, yet it was just business to her. It was personal on a level for her, no one new her real name, with one exception. She couldn’t help but smile, no triumphantly but instead with joy, as Sable finally spoke. “To be honest, I have no idea how to bring them down. That’s where I hope someone else may chime in with a few ideas, I’ve come up short in that department.” She couldn’t help but give a little laugh, she honestly had no clue how they would be taken down, but where she was now, and who she was with, was the first step.

She moved closer to Sable, and glanced around the streets looking for signs of life, there was nothing. She began to grow cautious, she realized how silly it was to be discussing such matters in the open, outside, in an empty street. She tried to shake the fear from her head. “My brother knew very little, he just gave me a name and I followed it from there.” Sometimes she considered herself a classy, womanly, Sherlock Holmes. Mystery was the prime of her job, she relished it.

“I’m curious Sable, are you hungry by chance? I’m famished and I am beginning to wonder about the surroundings of where we currently are. Not exactly smart on my part, to corner you here, of all places. She laughed a little and cast a glance over her shoulder. “Perhaps over a meal, we could talk under friendlier, and more physically pleasant, circumstances.” She pulled out a smoke and lit it slowly, taking in the cancerous smoke gently. “Unless you have somewhere to be, and we could meet another time if you’d like.” Their order of business didn’t need to be settled today, she was content just knowing that Sable was interested.

Sable was just buying her time, trying to see what more she could get out of this woman. She wasn't entirely sold on the notion of working as a team just yet. A few more talks and maybe she'd be changing her tune, but for right now, she wanted to see what Vesper Buckley was all about. A sudden chill swept across her and she looked around her suspiciously but no one came out from the shadows. She hated being paranoid but it was becoming harder to trust everyone lately.

"Hmm...we'd need a serious plan and that plan could take a long time to, uh...formulate." God, she sounded way beyond her years, far too mature for her liking. Sable scratched her head in earnest. She kept looking around as if she was expecting someone or something to come out of the shadows but no one came out and she was left standing there with the other blonde. "What name did he give you? No one even knows my birth name unless they grew up with me and even so, they know to call me Sable..." She narrowed her eyes, still trying to figure the blonde out.

She stifled a laugh and instead gave Vesper a patronizing grin. "It probably wasn't wise of you to corner me at all, regardless of the location, but yes, I am rather hungry. I don't care where we go." Although she was trying to be more civil, it was rather hard for her to do. "There's a little coffee shop around the corner that we can go to. I'm sure, if memory serves, that it's open 24/7. The creeps don't go in there. It's too...light." She cracked a more natural grin and pointed in the opposite direction in which she was standing, behind Vesper.

"I can think better with a full belly." She said as she casually made her way past Vesper and towards the direction of the coffee shop. "You're not from around here..." She said, trailing off slightly.

Vesper still continued to look around, her eyes scanning over every dark shadow and empty space around them. Her paranoia may have been self inflicted, but she disliked it none the less. There were people, enemies, out there that would love to get their hands on a group of supers; Vesper didn’t want that situation to arise. She slowly shook her head and glanced at Sable, watching her as she spoke. “We do need a serious time, and it will take a while to formulate,” She liked the sound of the word, “I don’t ever expect change to occur in one night.” She smiled sweetly towards the girl. “My brother gave me the name of Sable, I followed your alias from there to your birth name. I must have missed the parts of knowing to not call you by your name.” She laughed slightly, a rookie mistake on her part.

She nodded in agreement to the coffee shop, and looked at the fleeting form of Sable who was now leading the way. She didn’t linger in her spot for to long, she quickly caught pace with her and kept a casual stride next to her. She grinned when Sable stated that Vesper wasn’t around from here, it wasn’t a question or inquisitive, but a true statement. “Am I that obvious?” She glanced to the fur lined collar of her coat, and red, suede heels. She stuck out like a sore thumb, it wasn’t her intention but it made her presence a little to well known. “Can you tell I have trouble blending in?” She asked, a quick giggle mixed with her words that were weighted with her accent. By no means had Vesper Buckley ever fit in well in America; she was well used to it by now.

The air was silent, all Vesper could hear was the click and clank of shoes on pavement and flickering lights. The silence alone nearly killed her; she deiced to make do with small talk. “Do you know the music of Edith Piaf? The French singer, most famous for La Vi en Rose?” She paused and glanced around a few more times before she spoke again, “I find her quite inspirational to listen to, even if you don’t understand French, you can hear the passion and raw emotion in her voice. Its absolutely breathtaking.” The Lischka flaw, they never knew how to shut up. Her small talk was her defense mechanism, perhaps simple things such a music and films could break the ice a little more. It was a very obvious plan.

At leas they shared something in common: paranoia. Sable followed Vesper's lead by looking around several more times than was probably necessary. It just couldn't be helped. They were in the Channel, for goodness sake's. Anything could happen there, but Sable was confident in her skills, should anything happen. "Every good Super has an alias and every good Super knows to only call that Super by their alias. Being a Hero 101, darling." She said, slightly condescending.

She hadn't really stopped to see if Vesper was following behind her; she just assumed that the blonde would be. "No, your not obvious, but I can just tell. I sort of have a knack for that sort of thing. It comes in handy." Sable did chuckle softly because she wasn't dressed for blending in either. She was wearing black tights, a long red sweater, red flats and a black peacoat. It was the first time she noticed that they almost looked similar, at least based on the colors they were wearing.

She made a mental note to bring that up once they sat down. Red and black seemed to be the perfect colors for a group. She walked in silence, thinking about group names, colors, ideals, motto's, slogans, anything. It wasn't until Vesper spoke up that she remembered the woman was there at all. "Edith Piaf? Oh...yeah...I heard of her. Mother used to play that sort of music all the time. I'm not really much into that. I like rock and roll. You know, Elvis and Chuck Berry."

She didn't mind the woman babbling; she just didn't have anything else to add to the conversation. They worked in near unison as they arrived at the diner. True to form, it was open. There appeared to be a few stragglers, but that was to be expected. Sable looked around and found an empty booth near the back. The coffee shop itself was pristine and smelled good. Apparently the people who owned it used their abilities well. "Over here." She led Vesper to the booth and sat down. "First things first...we have to think of a name."

A waitress came over and looked at both women before asking, "What can I get you two tonight?" Sable looked down at the menu and said, "A burger and a Coke, please." The waitress looked over at Vesper and waited. Sable was even more hungry now that she was in the presence of food than she had been before.

Vesper was content in knowing that she was not the only one being paranoid, the girl had enough sense to know that here was dangerous and to that she should be weary. However, no matter where a super was, they should always be careful. That was what she had learned best. “I must have missed that class period.” She joked, despite the tone that radiated from Sable. She ignored it, and carried on her way.

Despite the location of the small dinner, upon entering, Vesper was impressed with its physical appearance. It was homey, yet flashy, but not in a gaudy way or a comical manner, but instead nostalgic. It made her ache for better days and the comfort that Austria had provider her long ago.

She sat down across from Sable, taking off her coat in her spot and pushing it beside her. First on Sable’s agenda was a name, Vesper’s look was pensive as her brows tensed together and she began to process various names. Before she could spit a word out, the waitress had come to take their orders. She was fast, faster than the blonde had thought. She took Sable’s order first, burger and coke, and then she looked at Vesper. “Salad please, with a side of fries and just a water to drink.” She gave her a slim smile and turned her attention to Sable. “Names and colors are a good place to start. We need something strong, something that will make people know who we are and what we are doing.”

The waitress had come back with their drinks and walked away, Vesper took a sip of her water and set down the glass. She looked over at Sable, “We need a name that will strike fear and promise.” Her voice was slightly hushed, she didn’t want to speak to loudly. She crossed her legs slowly and leaned backward, her painted nails wrapped on the table top. She was feeling a rush of excitement and nervousness all in the same, it was absolutely thrilling.

Sable waited for the waitress to leave before she said anything. The mere fact that she wanted a salad was rather hilarious and as much as she wanted to comment on that very fact she knew that it wasn't wise to do so. Instead, she remained quiet momentarily. She looked around the diner only once before leaning across the table and saying, "Red and black, I think, should be our colors." She said it as though it was a clear, cut fact and not a suggestion. "We're pretty much already wearing the colors right now, and we look good in it. Plus, it's colors that men and women can wear...unless we are a women only group?"

That was a thought that hadn't occurred to her earlier. Then again, she hadn't many concrete plans as far as forming a group went. All she knew was that 7th Sanctuary had to go and the sooner it was accomplished, the better they'd be. She hated how easy things sounded in her mind. Forming plans wasn't something she was remotely good at but she knew that no one else was going to try and take a stand against the group. Something had to be done. She was hoping Vesper would prove her worth.

When the waitress came back, Sable stopped talking. She looked down at her Coke and took a sip with the straw provided. Yes, it was exactly what she needed. She took in a deep breath and said, "As far as a name goes, I have no idea. Hmm...Avalon? No...that doesn't sound formidable enough. Ring of Justice?" She started giggling, shaking her head at the same time. Something told her that coming up with a name was going to prove extremely difficult. A few minutes later, the waitress silently brought them their respected orders and said, "If there's anything else you two ladies need, let me know."

Sable smiled and watched as the woman walked off before attacking her burger. She hadn't had anything substantial to eat in days. If her mother found out that she had been living this way, she would kill her. After a few bites she swallowed what was in her mouth, took a long sip of her Coke and then said, "We can call ourselves the Liberators. I sort of like the all-female idea personally..."
